I have been a user of Quickbooks 2009 for about a year before I updated to the 2010 version. I have to be honest with you, other than some cosmetic changes I'm not really noticing anything different. As a whole I like the program. I don't really care for the nags, upselling and hassles of Intuit, but the program itself is good. Someday a competing product will raise to the level of acceptance of QuickBooks and perhaps then Intuit will stop being such tools.
If you run a small business this is the software for you. If you have never used it before you should look at taking a basic class on it. You will get so much more out of the program than without. There is a learning curve, but once you understand how the program works and basic accounting principals you will wonder how you ever lived without it.
I can't say that I would update to this product from my 2009 as there just didn't seem to be much of a difference for the money.
