Quicken 2010 - great product, but watch out when you register. Quicken wants to know all about you, your business, your employees. They are building a huge database about you just so they can up-sell you additional products (payroll, backup ...). If you tell them you do not want to answer all their questions, you are put on hold for 30 minutes while they "generate a validation number". It gave me plenty of time to write this review. It's shameless that you have to dial a phone number to get validated, when you already provided the information through the internet - oh yeah --> up-selling.
